A: Be sure and ask if there are any additional fees for the first hour.

• Most service calls can be completed in 1 hour
• Our rate is a flat $75.00/hour with no additional fees.
• Any project that takes longer than 1 hour will be quoted an overall flat rate

When shopping prices or looking for a quote, consider some very important factors:

• Is the company properly licensed?
• Does the company have insurance in the event that something bad happens?
• Does the company have a good or bad reputation?
• Does the company pay workers compensation for their employees?
• A contractor’s neglect in any of these could cost you.

There are many local and state requirements involved in becoming a contractor. In Phaze Electric does not compete with contractors or handymen that do not fulfill those requirements. Our rates are competitive and we are licensed, insured and bonded to perform the electrical work you need.

Keep in mind, roughly 15% of residential service calls are from problems created by a handyman or the homeowner. Handymen are NOT licensed nor qualified to perform any type of electrical work. We also recommend that you do not attempt to do any type of electrical work yourself as this can also be very costly and dangerous.

 

Competitive Flat Rates

 

Flat rates are meant to provide the customer some estimate of cost for the overall project. As mentioned, we do provide free estimates. However, we cannot give an estimate for projects that require troubleshooting. 90% of the time we can solve and fix your problem within 1 hour at the $75.00/hour. Many times we can solve your problem right over the phone at no cost at all.

It is our mission to acquire you as our customer for life. To do this we offer you a guarantee: We will beat any estimate by 5%. No other contractor can beat our price. There is no need to look any further.
