I truly know quite a bit about Celebration.  I was the Electrical Project Manager for Kappes Electric (St. Joe/Arvida) on one of the last phases built in Celebration.  Celebration Florida is a very unique community.  For those of you who do live in Celebration you are lucky.  For those who have never been to Celebration…you should definately make a visit.  There are very nice restaurants to dine, many miles to walk or bike and some really beautiful golf courses.
