In Phaze Electric is a GREAT company to work with. Nick and Tony are wonderful. They show up when they say they will and are concientious, knowledgeable, polite and fast. Tony took the time to research my existing broken ceiling fan and found an exact match. I will recommend them to my friends and clients!
I had three quotes to get the work done. Mike came out from In-Phaze to quote the job. He showed up on time, discussed the project with me and left a quote. The price was reasonable for the amount of work to be completed. After deciding to hire In-Phaze, Mike coordinated scheduling with Duke Power and the county inspector for the replacement of my main power line. He worked around my schedule to complete the interior jobs. I would hire them back without a thought for three main reasons – They did what they said they were going to do, on time, each time. The price did not change. My home was left the way Mike found it – clean. Professionals in a service business – what a novel idea!
They rewired my whole two bedroom home $1,000 – $1,500 cheaper than other estimates I got. The wife and I are both disabled, so Tony’s crew had to work around us, they were very nice about it. I would recommend him and his company to anyone wanting to get any electrical work done, a job big or small, I feel Tony and his crew can handle it, they did a fine job on this house that was built in 1930 and needed to be brought up to code. I highly recommend Tony and his company to do your electrical work, he is honest and very reasonable!
In Phaze Electric responded quickly to assess our electrical problem where the lights were going dim to bright and flickering. Jaime was our electrician, who provided professional, confident, and caring service. I’m glad I called In Phaze.
First contact, I left a message that was promptly returned. The job was scheduled to be completed within a few days and the Technician assigned, contacted me right away. He requested photos of the existing panel to ensure he had all the necessary materials upon arrival. We did have an agreed to arrival time, but the day before he notified me that another job had been prioritized ahead of mine. It was only a delay of a couple of hours and he did arrive when he said he would.
It was a big job and it took him several hours. He did try to minimize the actual down time for the electricity as much as possible, which was greatly appreciated. He cleaned everything up when done and the bill matched the estimate. I have been pleased with the work performed.
It went great, from Tony returning our call ASAP to the crew he sent. Think his name was Bobby– and a gentleman he was training Does my heart good to see young men being mentored. Staff is super professional, easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants top notch professionals.
I called Tony Taylor, the owner of In Phaze Electric, yesterday (Friday) to see if he would be able to hang/connect a replacement ceiling fan on our back porch. He looked at his schedule and suggested Monday but discovered that he might be able to have his electrician, Nick, tack this job on to his schedule the next day. Nick brought his electrician’s equipment in, including ladder, when he arrived and did not have to leave the house to get anything from his truck. Saved time! He was courteous and went straight to work. Nick kept working steadily and got the job done without any problems. He cleaned up after the work and carried the new fan box and debris out to our trash. Friendly and professional – nice combination.
These folks went went above and beyond EVERYTHING. Our air conditioning stopped working the night before (Friday) and we were lucky enough to have a great A/C company come out late Saturday who truthfully advised us that the problem was electrical and we needed a licensed electrician. The wiring in a box outside the house was all burned. We called In Phaze late Saturday after the A/C company left. I could not believe that this company sent a technician, Bobby Bell, late Saturday. Seriously, does any company still have this kind of customer service these days? Apparently In Phaze does! Bobby called and said he would be at our house in about an hour and a half. He was. Did I also mention tht Bobby drove almost an hour and half through horrible rain to get to our house because we had a safety concern? Bobby repaired the problem and advised us of a long term repair he recommended without any high pitched sale or scare. This company is awesome as far as I am concerned! I will call them for all of my electrical concerns (and I will ask for Bobby).
Best service I’ve had since I can’t remember when.
The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and was equipped with a ladder that was tall enough to reach the fixture. He quickly evaluated and diagnosed the problem, and then told me what exactly the issue was, and how to fix it if I needed to in the future. After fixing the issue, he explained that they charge by the hour, with a 1 hour minimum. Since the repair hadn’t taken the full hour, he asked if I had any other electrical work that needed to be done, so as to get more value for my money. Unfortunately, I didn’t, but I really appreciated that he made that offer, rather than just writing up the bill and leaving.
Nick performed a very fine job replacing my inside breaker box and electrical service. The job took longer than anticipated, but was done well with my expectations met completely. In addition to the box/breakers replacement, Nick install 3x 20A dedicated circuits for my electronics. Pulling the new circuits was quite a chore and took longer than estimated. Nick asked if I wanted him to work late to finish same day or gave me the option to return this morning. I appreciate the option and was glad that Nick was able to finish the job to my satisfaction today. The estimate included an outside service panel that was not required. The final invoice was changed to reflect this, lowering my Invoice below the original estimate! No fuss about it. They do the “right” thing! I’ll definitely use In Phaze Electric again due to their “client-oriented” attitude!Be ready for these folks when scheduled. They show up on time! A very positive experience.
We were looking to have Cat 6 cable run through our attic for future home automation components. Based on Angie’s List we called In Phaze Electric. We explained the scope of the project. We were quoted a very fair hourly rate. We settled on the day and time of service. The technician arrived on time. He was courteous and got down to business immediately. The technician spent a couple of hours in the attic fishing Cat 6 cable. He was determined to get this job completed to our satisfaction. And he did!!! Climbing around our attic is NOT a walk in the park. We wouldn’t hesitate in calling In Phaze Electric again.
Juan from In Phaze arrived early, ready to work. Took the time to orient himself to the situation and requirements and hit it steadily and without a break. Very Pleasant and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this level of service to anyone interested. This was a relatively simple job which could have become a mess. Juan knew what he was talking about and did it effectively and efficiently. Have more work, but will wait.
As advertised, the owner did answer my initial call and was extremely helpful. He sent an electrician (Jerry) out a few days later to perfom the work. Jerry was professional, knowledgeable and worked efficiently and clean. All work was done within the estimated time frame and we couldn’t be happier. We will have some additional work coming up soon and will definitely use them again.
Well, to be honest, Tony and I didnt get off to a great start, but he and Obrey,(not sure how to spell that) sure made up for any doubts I may have had. I talked to Tony, and he was out the next day to give me written estimate. First of all let me say, I live in a mobile home in East Orlando, and several electricians will not work on mobile homes. Kudos to Phaze Electric and the owner. From the estimate to the work being completed was super, customer service, professional, easy to communicate with, they listened to exactly what my wife and I wanted… completed and delivered. 3 additional plugs, new circuit, fan installed and wired, new porch light installed, 2 outside plugs replaced. No, it was not a normal install for them, but they did a great job, and even painted some of the electrical trim pieces, and purchased plugs and covers to match the aluminum on the porch. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Tony is an all around cool guy and very knowledgeable electrician. For all the work he did, he charged a very fair price and I was happy to pay it. Like similar experiences here on Angie’s list, Tony sincerely wanted to improve the condition of my home. I initially called for just a wiring and switch for a new disposal and he inspected the whole electrical in the house first before telling me what he would recommend, but reminding me that it was completely optional. I had known the electrical in my 50+ year old home was wonky for years and Tony’s input only reinforced that. He was professional, courteous, neat, and caring. He completed all the work in just under two work days. He even included some of the smaller personal suggestions free of charge. Thanks, Ton!
We contacted In Phaze Electric on 9/12/2011 in the early a.m.. Our GFI (box) in the garage had a burst of black smoke and sparks when disconnecting a plug in fan. After we explained our problem, Tony immediately set up an appointment for the same day. Tim arrived within a few hours as Tony had told us. Tim saw the problem and rectified it immediately. Tim also, took the time to explain the circuit system in the garage and home area, which was different than our home in the Northeast. We really appreciated his feedback and information. Since we will be remodeling our kitchen in the near future, Tim gave us great ideas for lighting in our kitchen area. We will definitely call In Phaze Electric for our future electrical installations or any other electrical issues.
Our GFI outlet would not reset. We tried to correct the problem ourselves by installing a new outlet. It still would not work, so I checked Angie’s List for an electrician. I found InPhaze and liked their website. I called and talked to the owner. After suggesting a few ideas on what we could check, we decided that someone come out and troubleshoot. He gave us a time frame and price. The electrician come out within a few hours and fixed the problem. Everyone was professional, friendly, and courteous.
